Before&After
  • First impression of the clinic is that it’s kept very clean which looked an episode from a Kdrama.

  • First impression of the clinic is that it’s kept very clean which looked an episode from a Kdrama. Lots of women all ages. I was welcomed by my translator Bella who also manages the front desk. Knowing only a couple words of Korean, we spoke mostly English and she is very fluent. Before the surgery, I got switched out of my clothes into a robe. In preparation, my nail polish and jewelry needed to be removed, and then used face wash to prepare for the surgery. I consulted with my surgeon Dr. Youn right before the surgery, who was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was then brought into the operating room, Bella started translating what the nurses were saying for about 5min or so, and then I was knocked out as soon as I blinked. Went very smoothly!

The first 3-4 days were the most painful, but the medication helped subside some of the discomfort. I ate mostly sweet pumpkin porridge which has a lot of protein to speed up the recovery.

Within two weeks after, I saw Bella and another assistant Amy a couple times for red light therapy and deswelling/antibiotic treatments, and then Dr. Youn one last time.

4 weeks later, 80% or so of the swelling is gone, remaining mostly in my temples. I was back to work after two weeks. Bella reached out multiple times throughout the first month to check in. Highly recommend this clinic, I felt well taken care of and the team is very foreigner friendly!
