With fillers, you can have a quick result with almost no downtime. It is effective to fill the sunken areas of the face as well, and can also be used when you do not have enough fats for a liposuction and fat graft. In which areas can the fillers be used at? - There are a lot of different areas, but it is mostly used on the forehead, eyelids, under-eye, cheeks, nasolabial folds and chin for anti-aging purposes. And depending on the individual’s needs, it can be done on many other areas as well such as lips, nose and etc. How long is the downtime? - Depending on every individual, there are possibilities that bruising and swelling may occur, but they will subside in a week or two. What do I do if I want to remove the fillers later on? - Fillers can be removed with an injection known as “Hyalase”. It is injected directly to the area with the fillers. This is a simple procedure, however it takes a few days for the fillers to go down after the injection, so if filler removal is needed prior to any surgical procedure, it must be done a few days beforehand.
