Before visiting the clinic, I consulted with English manager Yura through online. Since I live overseas I couldn’t visit them in person right away. So uninterrupted communication was really important to me. Even though it was online consultation her reply was prompt and so detailed. Especially she assured me of the safety and long-term effects. Everything was in order, and they checked so thoroughly about my medical history. I was 100% sure that I will get surgery from V.LIF. So I sent 10% deposit of the surgery price to confirm my surgery date.
