I am a very satisfied patient but more so an admiring professional for Dr Shims skills.
I am an Orthodontist from a western country so I am familiar with the pitfalls and intricacies of changing my appearance.

Now in my early seventies I chose Dr Shim to eliminate my turkey neck and irregular skin folds over my mandible.

Using the SMAS facelift technique my surgery went extremely well and the after surgery care is without reproach.

The interpreter Amy is very helpful and my sutures were expertly removed by nurse Jing Young.

Dr Shim always appear to be in a hurry but if you get his attention, he will pause and answer your questions.

I know he was not in a hurry during surgery because it took 5 hours.

This guy is the real deal and besides I value competency and skill over manners any day.

You should see the the fine needle work that he displayed in my sutures. In addition I am pleasantly surprised by the absence of bruising despite the extensive soft tissue recontouring.
