I recently had my face, neck and forehead lift at Vlif, a plastic surgery clinic specializing in face lifts, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the professionalism exhibited by the staff and clear communication I received throughout. One of the standout features of Vlif is their ability to communicate effectively in English. In Korea, it often can be challenging to find health care professionals who speak fluent English,but my surgeon, Dr Youn , and his staff were exceptions. This made a significant difference in my experience, as I felt fully informed about every aspect of the process. Dr Youn’s explanations were clear and concise, and his attention to detail was exceptional,especially when he pointed out subtle enhancements that would benefit my look. Upon my arrival, I spent 2 days in preparation for the surgery. On the second day, Min, one of the global consultants, met with me to ensure I was ready for the photo shoot. He was pleasant and caring, taking the time to help me all the essentials that I would need for my post operative care. This included picking up instant pumpkins porridge,ready to eat tofu and even a stylish bucket hat! Min also assisted me in getting my medication from the pharmacy, which was very helpful. Through out my time at Vlif right from the get go, global consultants Bella and Amy were also instrumental in providing support and guidance. Their dedication to patient care truly made my experience comfortable and very reassuring. On the day of surgery, Dr Youn saw me again to go over the procedure in detail, reinforcing my confidence in his skilled hands. After the operation, despite the late hour,Min was there to go through my medication instructions and even helped me arrange a cab for me. His support made a stressful situation far more manageable. Three days post op, I returned to remove the JP drains , and I was agsin impressed by how meticulous and systematic everything was handled. Kudos to the nurses for their exceptional care and attention. Overall, the commitment to patient care and clear communication at Vlif truly stood out to me. I highly recommend Vlif to anyone considering face lifts and that’s what they are good at! Also for their exceptional staff and professionals like Dr Youn. I can’t wait for this healing process and show the world the new refresh me!
