V.LIF

I would highly recommend V.LIF to anyone considering plastic surgery.

As this was my first time having plastic surgery, I researched a lot, yet I was still a little nervous about the process. Based on my research, I knew I could expect excellent service right from the online consultation to pre-op and post-op care with V.LIF. I can confidently say that my research paid off, the service and care by V.LIF has been beyond my expectations.

This started right from the beginning with my consultation and communications with Bella. She was amazing throughout the process and was always ensuring I fully understood and was happy with both the administrative process, the surgery and after care.

Once I arrived in Seoul, Bella introduced me to Dr. Lee, with whom I had an in-person consultation. Dr. Lee was very professional, and he fully explained the procedures (lower blepharoplasty and an endoscopic forehead lift) which helped to ease my nerves. On the day of my procedures, I was assisted by May, who like Bella, is part of the Global Team. She helped me with much of my pre-op administrative and surgical preparations. May was also gracious enough to offer to obtain all of my post-op medicines while I was having my procedures. It is something that does not seem like much, but in reality, the peace of mind that simple offer provided was much appreciated.

The procedures themselves went fantastic! The surgical staff at V.LIF were very professional and explained each step to me as we progressed. Bella was with me the whole time to help translate all of the information.

Equally fantastic has been the after care by the staff at V.LIF. They provide detailed instructions on what self-care I should be undertaking, while also checking in with me to ensure I am doing well. My after care visits with V.LIF (included in the costs) have been very helpful in speeding up the healing process.

Having plastic surgery is a major decision and event. Everybody in V.LIF helped making this process as smooth and pleasant as possible. I'm very glad I went with V.LIF.
