Feeling grateful for the excellent care
I am Canadian lady in my late fifties who booked for face-neck lift , endoscpoic forehead lift, sub brow lift and plastysmaplasty with V. LIF Plastic Surgery after prolonged internet search and consulting with more than one clinic in few countries. Dr. Shim displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and curiosity throughout my experience at the plastic surgery clinic. From the moment I arrived, he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and patiently addressed all my questions, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease. His staff (Amy and Min) mirrored his dedication and did not leave me for a minute during the whole process while caring for logistical details and translating to English) offering a warm and compassionate atmosphere that relief my anxiety, made the process even more comforting and assured me that I am in caring and trustworthy hand. Now, on day two post-procedure, I can see the care they provided reflected in my recovery. Although my face is still moderately swollen, the two de-swelling treatments I've received so far, along with the drainage removal and washing my hair today (pleasent surprise), have made a remarkable difference. I am eagerly looking forward to the removal of my surgical stitches in three or four days, feeling grateful for the excellent care I've received.
